Just updating the fact that I buckled down and outlined chapters 11-16. My effort dropped though and I’ll have to go back and refine those chapters. It’s like rolling out a piece of dough with a rolling pin. You know how you get the first part of it smooth first and then you have to go over the next section a few extra times and then the next section a few more times than that? That’s what this feels like. My opening finally feels done. Meaning, I could hand it to someone and get feedback without feeling like I need to add anything or explain anything more fully. These last couple chapters need a rewrite before they’ll feel complete.
At least I wrote something!
